Tech Leadership Panel Discussion

Last week I had the great honor of moderating a panel discussion at the Technology Leadership Summit in Atlanta, hosted by TV Technology and Future Publishing. the panelist were (from left to right):

We had a wide-ranging, off-the-record discussion in front of an audience of close to 100. I can tell you that I learned a lot about the rollout of ATSC 3.0 technology, and about the importance of the new emergency alert features that are rolled into the standard. I also heard from yet another source about how great 1080p HDR looks when upconverted to 4K in a modern television. The future is going to look great, at least for live TV.
